Project Terms

- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately
- Final files and access are delivered upon completion of agreed payment terms
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or materials required to complete a project. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. SIA Networks retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
Pricing for our packages is listed on our Pricing page and is subject to change. Payment terms for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
SIA Networks provides its services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, rankings, or traffic, as these depend on factors outside our control.
